At LOFT it is our mission to turn your vision into a reality and make your build journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible. We therefore walk by you through every step of the way to ensure we curate the home of your dreams for you and your family.

Embarking on your own build is one of the most exciting life decisions you will make, and no doubt you will have already scoured the internet, Pinterest and potentially visited a few display homes. You will be immersed in design concepts, fixtures and fittings, finishes, lighting, facades, and colour palettes… but where do you go from there?

Our team of qualified designers understand how important it is to create a home that truly reflects your style, taste and how you live - it needs to reflect you and be uniquely yours.

When it comes to build selections, we invite you to bring your floor plans into the Design Studio where we review them and talk through design style. We make preliminary selections and then commence our specific showroom tours where we assist you with all exterior selections including bricks, roofing, external cladding, windows, and doors as well as interior selections such as flooring, tiles, tapware and joinery.
